Dr. James Hunter, Jr.
Dr. Hunter is a native of the west end of Richmond and the original founder of
Countryside Veterinary Clinic. He graduated from the University of Virginia and received
his doctorate from the Virginia - Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at
Virginia Tech where he graduated with honors and in the top ten percent of his
class. His areas of interest include orthopedic and laser surgery. Dr. Hunter is married
and the proud father of two children. He has three cats, four dogs, fresh and salt
water fish, two water turtles and one parakeet. In his free time he enjoys fishing,
water sports and motorcycling.

Dr. Anthony O'Sullivan
Dr. O'Sullivan joined Countryside's team as an associate veterinarian in 2005. He is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland and St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine. Upon finishing at St. George's, he spent a clinical year at the University of Illinois before moving back to the east coast. Special Veterinary interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and ultrasonography. Dr. O'Sullivan enjoys running, weight training, golfing, kayaking, and traveling to Ireland as often as possible. He currently resides in the West End with his wife Heather, their Labrador, Redtick Coonhound, and two cats.

Dr. Molly H. Morgan
Dr. Molly Morgan grew up in Goochland following in the footsteps of her father, Dr. John Morgan, former owner of Cary Street Veterinary Clinic. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 1996. She then traveled and lived on the West Coast for a few years before attending Auburn University from where she received her DVM in 2004. She practiced in a small animal clinic in Nashville, TN until joining us at Countryside Veterinary Clinic in March of 2009. She enjoys traveling, arts and crafts, riding on the back of her boyfriend's Harley, fishing, boating, and the Great Outdoors in general. She has 2 dachshunds, 2 cats, and is planning on a black lab soon.
